I’d give a -10 stars horrible company unless you like having less stuff and money!
I spoke with a gentleman a few months ago about purchasing some rental insurance. I told him that I would give him a call in a week to set it up. Because that was my move-in date for my apartment. The day comes I give him a call he picks up the phone like he was annoyed. Said he was in the middle of a call with another client. And that he will give me a call back when he was finished.
