Dr.Frischmann had an employee and a patient both come up COVID positive, she refused to shut down and sanitize and she never reported the possible infection to the patients. The prices of frames are marked up well over what they should be. And she is not only verbally abusive to her staff, she has no idea how to handle the office under pressure. Dr Frischmann is a life savor!! Came in due to an urgent care giving me the wrong drops, I couldn't even open my eye on my own. The friendly staff got me in quick and now today it feels so much better! I strongly reccomend this Doctor and location for your eye needs.
I love the Indiana Eye Care Center! My daughter was seen for vision problems and now does vision therapy with Rema! The staff are very professional and friendly. They are always very happy to answer my questions and scheduling my daughters appointments! I would definitely recommend to everyone!
