I was having an incredible pain in my tooth. My family dentist called to see if I was able to be seen same day. I was being helped within 3 hours. I am so grateful to Dr. Ramsey and staff. So caring!!
Had work done a couple years or so ago. Insurance denied most of the work done and definitely would've like to know that before anything was done. Recieved bill in the mail from them stating I could pay it with in a month. Week later recieved another bill from them for the same thing then was called by them bit after and threatened to send to collections if I didnt pay. Work was fine but their ethics suck. Wish I wrote this sooner.
Really feel like family coming here. They take such good care of you. As much as anyone doesn't like having dental work done, they make it easy here. Great job!
