Been leaving voicemails all week long but no response. The Pivot Lounge septic system is leaking sewage onto my property, killing trees and grass. The Lake County Health Department did a dye test and determined the septic system has failed, now the County says the State Health Dept is in charge. But nothing is happening, the business is still operating and sewage is flowing out from the failed septic. Do your job!!!!!!
1 star is overdoing it. I've been trying to get my mother's birth certificate for a few weeks now and no luck. No one answers the phone; getting through to anyone here is impossible. I live out-of-state, so this is my only option. FINALLY go through to an employee named Karen (yes, really) and she was HIGHLY rude - like I was interrupting HER day (sorry for making you work). They don't even deserve 1 star.. This is the worst experience i have ever went though. No one answers the phone and the online service sucks. What's the point of leaving a voice-mail went no one never responds to it. I applied for a birth certificate back in January and today is April 1st. ARE THEY EVEN OPEN?
Need I say more? They are productive and the city can’t function without the health department.
