I had my carpets cleaned about 5 weeks ago. One area looked good for a day The other areas never looked clean. The day before the cleaning, a friend tripped and spilled coffee onto the carpet in my living room. The spots look totally untouched. The company did not answer a call made to it, the day after the cleaning. I am VERY disappointed with the service.
