Everyone here has ALWAYS been professional and polite. The few times I've need service they have always been on time. Before you buy from anyone else, check their prices. When I decided to go with them the tech. even offered they could reuse some of my old equipment, saving me money. I would recommend Indiana Alarm 5 stars.
I find the only thing that they are good at is collecting the monthly fee.
I recently worked with Indiana Alarm to transfer monitoring of our existing alarm system, as our prior company stopped serving alarm systems. Josh was great at providing me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on possible updates I could also make to my system. Absolutely a great experience. Between the estimator and installers we had nothing but sequence and a job well done. We've used him for not away our businessbut also personally for our residents and many of our employees residence as well. Call me Price called at work that's why we use them
