Indian Wells Tavern is a fun and enjoyable place to go to watch a sporting event if your living or renting in the Amagansett, Montauk, East Hampton area, winter or summer!! Good food at customer friendly prices and a friendly atmosphere make this a must try destination. I highly recommend it!!
I always stop at Indian Wells when I go to my Montauk place for a weekend. I love that they are open 12 months a year! I always get the great onion soup, and usually the BBQ wings!! If you like pub food, you'll love Indian Wells.
Food is good and it's a cozy pub atmosphere....un-trendy and u pretentious. French onion soup is excellent!
The $23 overpriced beef stew arrived like a shepherds pie - but had absolutely no meat in it. When we complained the waitress said she'd tell the chef. When she came back it was just to collect the bill!!! I do like their burgers but I still think $14 for a basic burger is expensive.
The seafood pasta is excellent.For some reason always have to ask for bread.Most places serve bread with pasta.Calamari appetizer is good.Waitresses need to be more attentive to tables and not rely on runner and busboy.The fellow that has worked the dining room for quite a while is guite attentive and should get a nice holiday bonus.
My favorite is the Turkey Burger. . . moisture and tasty .
