Long review but it’s needed! Don’t live here! I lived here for 5 years and it started off great, it was clean, quiet and I didn’t have any complaints. Then we got a new property manager and everything went downhill, it was a hassle to get maintenance requests done and they weren’t done properly (and we only put in a handful of requests in our 5 years of being there). There were roaches, we sent her a photo of one climbing on the wall on the stairwell a couple floors below us and she said she would call the exterminator and i... read more
Stayed here for a year. Neighbors never caused any problems. Relatively quiet community. Apartment management was on top of any issues regarding repairs, snow clean up etc.
