These apartments are fine. The rent is too high for what you get, as there are really no extra amenities like a pool/common areas/etc, which you can find at many other complexes in Oxford. When I lived there, almost at least once a day, someone's smoke detector in the building would be going off. The doors to the building were often difficult to open and the key would stick. I didn’t end up moving in, but this would be a great place to live. The Property Manager, April, was so helpful and responsive to my questions and urgent situation as a potential resident.
