These apartments are fine. The rent is too high for what you get, as there are really no extra amenities like a pool/common areas/etc, which you can find at many other complexes in Oxford. When I lived there, almost at least once a day, someone's smoke detector in the building would be going off. The doors to the building were often difficult to open and the key would stick. I had an issue with my fridge and it took a while for it to be resolved, but most other maintenance issues were quickly fixed by Casey, who was great. P... read more
I didn’t end up moving in, but this would be a great place to live. The Property Manager, April, was so helpful and responsive to my questions and urgent situation as a potential resident.
I have had a apartment here since end of May 2024 and I love it, the leasing agent is nice. Maintenence is wonderful, and it is priced right
