Dr. Ford and his staff are great. They have been wonderful with all our animals...very patient and kind. We feel comfortable going there knowing that no unnecessary procedures will be recommended just to run up our bill! Dr. Ford always tries to do the most cost effective treatments. When anyone we know needs a good vet, we always recommend Indian Springs!
We love Dr Ford, he takes his time and discusses what is going on with our fur babies, offers treatments, suggestions, etc. The office staff is amazing, they are busy all the time and never appear to be in the least bit stressed or rushing you around. They have always been very friendly and accommodating. I like the fact that they have business hours that you can work with. Cooper & Ruby's mom :)

First of all, I love that this clinic has hours for working people. I was able to take my Collie in at 6:40 in the evening to be examined. The staff was very kind and didn't rush us at all, despite the later hour. My dog is very wary of strangers, but the staff was incredibly patient with him. Before even trying to touch him, Dr. Ford got on the floor of the exam room and tried to get my dog to take treats from him. Loved the friendliness of the staff. Even when busy they didn't act stressed out like our previous vet clinic. Did not try to upsale me on things like our previous vet. They did a great job with Gypsy, our kitten, and she even felt comfortable there. Dr. Ford was attentive and funny. We will be moving all of our pets to this clinic for sure!
