The personal touches they have such as your pets name hand written on the welcome board when you arrive for an appointment, to the follow up phone calls to check on them - in a world where automated responses and communications are convenient, they still take the time to do things personally. Dr. Ford saves our Joey the cat's life several years ago when the doctor removed a blockage from Joey's intestine. I highly recommend Indian Springs Veterinary Hospital for all you pet's needs.
Wednesday morning started out like any other day. After returning from lunch we witnessed one of our dogs, an old English sheepdog, in massive seizures and convulsions. We went to Dr. Ford’s office and he and his team sprang into action. We went back to check on our smaller dog and she was also exhibiting the same seizures and convulsions. Well we can honestly say that Dr. Micah Ford and his team are Amazing. The care and compassion that he and his team show is rare. Dr. Ford is a man of integrity, and our family has developed a relationship of trust and respect. We had to put two of our dogs to sleep which was very emotionally painful. Dr. Fords personality shows much compassion and yet he somehow eased the pain and had us laughing while we were crying. That in itself helped us get through the procedure. We love and appreciate Dr. Ford and his team very much.
