Brett Maloney from Indian Rock Inspections was our home inspector. He did a fantastic job. Great guy but also detailed on everything. He showed my wife and myself what needed to be fix to get everything in working order. Also his report was very detailed. Explaining what he saw and who to talk to about fixing. Hello, Had our house inspected in Nashua Nh on 7-14-18. Brett Maloney was our inspector from Indian Rock Inspections. He was at the home we our purchasing well before we got there doing his inspection of the roof and outer perimeter of the house. Brett Maloney was very professional and incredibly knowledgeable. We are first time home buyers and he really helped walk us through what we needed to know, how to keep the house in good repair, and what particular features to pay attention to.
