I have nothing but good things to say about victory only. I’ve ordered from them several times & have been satisfied with every purchase. Terri, Paul & another gentleman (I’m not sure of his name) were helpful, informative & if I needed to return an item it was never a problem. SHOP VICTORY ONLY !!!
Fast shipping with both of my orders even during the COVID-19 slowdown. Glad to support one of the last remaining Victory parts suppliers!
I ordered parts a month ago and they charged my credit card the next day and confirmed the order, but have gotten no response from them on where the order is from email or on the phone. I have called twice and it says the mailbox is full. I do understand that some places have been affected by the covid. but there was or is anything on the Facebook or website saying they are closed or short staffed. I have ordered from them in the past with no issues. I just would like the parts i order.
