I visited the service department to have an oil change on my motorcycle. I was traveling cross country and wanted to get the oil changed. After the oil change, I drove up to my hotel 4 hours away to rest for the night. When I got up the next morning, I saw a oil spot on the ground and called Harley Back. This place is the BEST!!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. My husband and I live 700 miles away from the dealership, but their team made us feel like family, starting with our first interaction. It was intimidating purchasing a bike from a distance at first, but they communicated often and were so transparent. It made the process so smooth. Back about 50 years ago not many people had a Harley-Davis if people heard one coming they would run out on the porch to watch it go by. now everyone and their mama has a Harley nobody gives a crap. that's the reason you have to ride up to the Walmart to get people to look at you.
