Friendly service and awesome selection.
Driving through Knoxville from South Carolina on our way to Elizabethtown, Kentucky and somewhere along the line pick up a nail in my back tire at four-ish in the evening. These folks came out. Pick my bike up. Got me a new set of tires on it and got me on the way before 6 PM. Great experience.
No other harley dealer in the area had time to address the decking screw in my tire but Knoxville harley did, the service manager Ryan had to look up my information on warranties and services I purchased and im sorry for that headache ill keep a copy of policies with me in the future. They had me in and out in 2 from coming off the and im eternally grateful. Ryan isnt only a top notch service manager with top notch techs behind him but is also a stars wars fan , which makes him almost perfect in my book. Thanks again guys !!... read more
Friendly and helpful staff. Lot's of exceptional motorcycles and also really interesting vintage motorcycles on display upstairs. Plus, an elevator to get there if you don't care to use the stairs.
Popped in to get my daughter a pair of gloves (she had forgotten them). While walking around she saw some boots she wanted and they were on sale for %50 off. Well, we were on our first leg of a 5000-mile trip and was 300 miles from home. I asked if they could ship the boots she was wearing to my home. The ladies asked their supervisor, and they agreed to ship them for me. They saved me the trouble of having to go to the post office to take care of that.
