I had an excellent experience at Knoxville Harley-Davidson's service department. Puckett was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done on my bike. I do not leave a lot of reviews but I felt the need to leave one for the team. To start out George in sales was not pushy at all. I came in to look at a Street Glide and my eyes ventured over to a white Road Glide and he knew it was high on the list and he said do you want that one? I said I do not think we can get where we need to be and I wanna be realistic.
