i currently live there and have for some time and have not really had any problems that could not be worked out with the owners.i understand what it takes to run a bussiness and thats what it is.i always pay my rent on time. have never had my utilities turned off as we pay our bills. the people who live in the park and have problems have a lot of other issues such as drinking,drugs and tabbacco.lots of money is spent on those things. pay your rent and bills and follow the rules in life and most of the time things #\$%\$.i am... read more
so now their changing their rules on what year trailer s are in their park, and their raising the lot rent by another \$25.00. They claim that there attempting to improve Indian Oaks in the next 3 years i think it s poor Buisness Ethics when a the buisness owner rates their own park when they don t even live there. If that s any indication of the way they do buisness why would anyone want to live here. Oh Sharon, I find your review of your own business laughable. I lived in Indian Oaks for 1 miserable year. I was pregnant and moved out shortly after I had my baby. My trailer was full of spiders, roof leaked, air conditioner never cooled the trailer below 75 and when you are pregnant in July that is not a very good thing. Somone kept messing with my back door, and one time I turned the backporch light on and they took off. I would NOT recomend this place to anyone ever again! Roads are poor and need work. Constant issues with water leaks in the main line.The owners of the trailer park have attitude problems and will be-little you for no reason! They also have agreements with the utilitiy companys for them to charge the Higher reconnect fees. For instance if your water gets shut off its \$70.00 to get it turned back on, compared to the regular rate of \$35.00.
