A hidden gem of Clintonville. I’ve lived here for 6 years, in both the 1bed and 2bed. term. I have neighbors who have lived here 15+ years. It’s an amazing bargain if you’re looking to save money. The units are small (no dishwasher or microwave in the 1bd, shared laundry in the basement) but they are clean and well-maintained. Management cares about keeping residents around long term. The only real downside is that if you have guests, they have to park on the nearby residential street and walk a ways to the building.
The trash bins for this place were left out in the street past 2pm on a saturday and because there was no space in the street our car mirror is now broken. Theres no postings for info on the entire place and no way to contact the person responsible for leaving obstacles out in the middle of the road.
If you like yapping lil heel biters, this is your place. My manager lived in the adjacent apt (lucky me). One tenant told me the manager had asked him for 'incriminating evidence against me', that's underhanded, and probably illegal. If you have no expectations of getting you deposit back, this place is for you. They charged me to replace a carpet, after living there for 3 years.
