My cousin took his bike to get service, when they were done with his bike it came back with a burn mark on his passenger seat. When he realized that the mark on his bike was from a part that was removed from his bike that was placed on his seat he brought it to the attention to the service attendant. They not only burned his seat but also returned his bike dirty, that is poor customer service all around. Great service department me and my passenger we're stranded with a blown rear tire on my 2018 Indian Dark Horse Chieftain in New Glarus had the bike towed to them within hours they had me back on the road with a new tire!
Hung out while we had a new rear tire put on after getting a nail in our tire. Very pleasant staff. Gave us water while we waited. Enjoyed chillin' there.
It was a great place. Love the bikes and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I bought my 2012 Harley Softail Classic from Nick and he was awesome and made sure I was going to buy that bike no matter what. Now the bike in my garage and I'm staring at it wishing it was Spring so I can ride. Awesome! job Nick I will be back again.
