Good businesses like this do the little things well. Been in twice for service on my 2015 Roadmaster, both times Duffy has done more than asked to make sure my bike left better than it came in. The staff is always friendly and personable and they've got coffee at the ready for cold mornings like today. Well worth the ride down.
I was just there Wednesday 10/19/16. I am in a market for a new bike. Approached by Frank Robinson, a very friendly individual who answered all my questions. Showed me different bikes and break it all down and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this dealership especially if you are in a market for a new Indian bike.
I bought a 2016 Roadmaster from here and I would recommend this dealership. The staff has always been very helpful, no high pressure sales, great store, and very little wait time to get my bike in for maintenance. Of course the bike is amazing with every feature you could want!

I was asked to post my friend's review because he does not have Facebook: I purchased this bike in NC, six months before the Fredericksburg shop opened. One night ride, my lights started going off and on, so I bought it in for repair the next day (walk in at 5:45 pm). As I got off the bike, I was pleasantly greeted and explained what was going on.
