RecommendedI have gone into this bike shop countless times to sit on the bikes get more info and each time I felt so welcomed. Each time they went out of their way to make sure I got the correct information and make sure all my questions at that time was answered. Every time I left they always said "come on back anytime we'll be happy to see ya" Which to me says a lot about them and the way they run their business. I will be buying from them this spring. just have to test ride 2 bikes to make my final decision.

Took my ‘16 RM in to Indian Motorcycle of Fredericksburg (about 2 hours from home) for the trunk wire recall. The recall repair was straightforward, taking Duffy only 30 minutes to complete. While we waited, Wendy helped my wife and I select two mesh Indian riding jackets. At checkout the credit card machine froze up during the transaction. I've been intrigued with Indians for quite awhile and popped into the shop several times-- each time everybody pleasant, welcoming, enthusiastic, and knows their stuff. The wife and I got to the point of teetering on the edge of a Roadmaster. With some incredible timing and circumstance we went over that edge. We agreed on a great deal, which couldn't have been any smoother & off we rode. So glad to have the shop here in town & looking forward to keeping up the relationship.
