This is not my first bike nor my first dealership experience; and I must say the entire staff at this location were amazing! Jill and I were in constant contact ahead of time to make the deal happen. This my second time buying with IMCI. Their selection of bikes is huge. Awesome customer service and professionalism. This time i sold them my old bike, very fair price, made a down payment on a Royal Enfield. You NEED TO EXPERIENCE THIS DEALERSHIP. I drive almost 4 hours to get there from the Chicago area. I would like to give a shout-out to Jill, John and Jake for my recent purchase of a 2024 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse! The process from start to finish (paperwork to signing) was impressive! This staff was incredibly helpful and amazing being it's my first bagger and Jake giving me a walk-around was definitely helpful. Looking forward to enjoying the ride!!

To be honest, I’ve not dealt with a motorcycle dealer before but I had a great experience. Jill was great with communication and super helpful on getting me information and helping me find the perfect bike. John made it so easy with all the paperwork and got me everything I needed to successfully purchase my Indian Scout. I’ve already had people asking me where I got my bike and I tell them that This place is highly recommended.
