My family and I been going to Indian Lake Family Dental for 8 years, we were very loyal to this dentist office and during this time I had an implant put in by Dr. Sims. 3 years later the crown came loose which was Jan 13th, 2018. I called the office and set up an appointment with Dr. Jenkins. I went in on January 15th, and the crown was cut off. I have been a patient here for over a year and had quite a bit of work done. I review before on Google, but when just like to add here that this is the best experience I have had with a dentist ever. They do excellent work, they are very responsive, they pay attention to detail and your comfort and satisfaction are number one. Think twice about going here. I had a crown put in and it fell out 2 days later. I called to go back in and they would not see me until a week later. I was in a lot of pain for a long time.

I recently had a bad experience at Indian Lake Dental. I arrived for my appointment and was told it had been canceled. They stated that they had sent a reminder text and phone call and since I did not respond back they automatically cancelled my appointment. Nowhere in the text did it state that I had to call back to confirm my appointment. The appointment was made in September, they sent a reminder in October.
