This barn is so well kept. The pastures are huge. You have a view of Silicon valley and trail access. Arenas are dragged regularly. The trainers are awesome. Go and enjoy yourself, ;)
This place is definately not worth it. Lots of collics, crappy fences in the turnouts. My horse jumped over the fence and cut his legs all over, because it was too short and not put together right. Expect frequent hay changes(ex grass hay to alfalfa mix, even if not requested).Overpriced for no cleaning in certain stalls. I have boarded at IHR for over 5 years, each and every year there are new improvements. When we requested a review of the hay being supplied action was taken and our horses are being fed a good quality alf hay and grass/alf mix. The horses are loving it. We now have two large outdoor arena's plus the indoor and 5 round pens. The grounds are clean and the workers really care about the horses and the boarders. Please come and see for yourself - you will get on the waiting list !!!
Absolutely horrible experience! Don't board here! Moldy hay, many colics and impactions, expect huge veterinary bills, pasture horses starved and covered in lice, very poor to no bedding, hundreds of rodents, callous helpers inflicting multiple injuries on horses, overcrowded arenas and dangerous shenanigans in arenas, inexperienced know- it-all, nosey, unpleasant bad spirited boarders with high school mentalities, completely unresponsive cranky old manager, don't expect to get a response to maintenance requests.
