My DHMO couldn't see me on a Saturday when I had an emergency. Dr. Avila took me in as a cash customer because she is a PPO and completed all the work I needed for a lot less than my copay with my DHMO after all their upsell (implants that I don't need, and hardsell as well) failed. She is such a blessing. Changing my plan at my next enrollment she will be my dentist. I almost deleted this because I don't like crowded offices, but hers should be overflowing.
