I would absolutely not recommend renting in this complex. The management seems very interested while you are signing the lease, but once you move in, getting responses or actual help becomes nearly impossible. Maintenance issues were ignored for months, and communication was consistently dismissive and unprofessional. To make things worse, during move-out we were specifically told that an in-person inspection was not necessary and that a video walkthrough would be sufficient. Never kept their word. Apartment a mess electrically, dirty old floors, wall painted over someone’s fake nails , tub never worked, spout 5 inches when needed to be longer to fit properly, could not use microwave without blowing fuse to house, never once repaired or replaced anything correctly. No one spoke English in maintenance. Bad experience and extremely overpriced.
