I’ve had no major issues living here until now 10/2/26 when I came home from a business trip with black mold all over my ceiling in the living room. The leasing office told me wait until Monday since they were coming out anyway. Per my notice yearly maintenance checks were taking place Tuesday 10/6/26. This is unacceptable that I’m forced to breathe in black mold that can lead to respiratory issues. I’ve had to book a stay at a hotel as this isn’t urgent to anyone. Great place to live and friendly neighbors feel safe
Selenia made me feel welcomed right from the start. She gave me a tour of the property and the amenities. Then she gave me a tour of a 2/2 apartment. I really liked the layout. It was different from everything I had seen so far. Separate spaces but not chopped up. Then I saw the gorgeous tub and I was ready to sign. Selenia guided me through the whole process, instructing how to set up FP&L, insurance and answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions). I recommend Indian Hills if you’re looking for a home.
