Selenia made me feel welcomed right from the start. She gave me a tour of the property and the amenities. Then she gave me a tour of a 2/2 apartment. I really liked the layout. It was different from everything I had seen so far. Separate spaces but not chopped up. Then I saw the gorgeous tub and I was ready to sign. Selenia guided me through the whole process, instructing how to set up FP&L, insurance and answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions). I recommend Indian Hills if you’re looking for a home.

We're been happily living here since 2018 in a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment with a Roman tub. When we moved in it was beautiful brand new floors(no carpets), new kitchen appliances include spacious cabinets, washer/dryer and freshly painted it's very spacious. We're had a few problems that have happen in everyday life, but are taken care of properly. They have on-site maintenance and oncall weekends. Have been living here since 2018 and are happy. They have on-site maintenance and offer many amenities inside and out. Also fun stuff from monthly raffles to Holiday get together & family events. Every Friday there are different food truck.
