We came to do a walkthrough for my sister, who is moving in from out of state, and unfortunately the apartment was not move-in ready. The sliding balcony door was stuck, the doo railings and balcony were filthy, the toilet tank was disgustingly dirty, with loose handles, dents in the walls, and overall the unit had not been properly prepared. If there is an issue in renting that can be found Indian Hills is the place that will have it. Parking: each unit is allowed 2 spots (not assigned)if you make it home after 7:30 good luck finding a spot. Husband get off at midnight and gone in the mmorning by 6. Only spot left was a handicap spot parked cost us $350 2days before moving out. Videos have been sent to the office about lack of parking and nothing.
