Be careful, stay away from this place, scam, scam, scam . I only lived there for two years and i always paid my rent on time. After telling them I wouldn't renew, they sent me a letter telling me that moving would cost me a lot of money. I didn't know what they meant by that after until i move out the apartment because they knew what they were doing.
