Indian Hills is a beautiful community to be apart of, whether you're single and living on your own for the first time or are looking for a safe place to raise your kids. I live within walking distance of several parks, restaurants and churches and while I haven't had a chance to use the saltwater pool yet I am very much looking forward to enjoying the summer here as well. The staff are always friendly and helpful and will make you feel welcome.
Not the greatest management( including corporate). Corporate likes to dismiss concerns and belittle our concerns. Lived there for 5 years and the last 2 weren’t the best. Monarch properties did buy property out and ever since it wasn’t the same. We moved out due to multiple issues with property plumbing, and unfortunately pest control that couldn’t be handled throughout multiple buildings.
