I have been here going to 3 years now I enjoy the pool. Maintenance has always been prompt and respectful. And the manager and staff are kind and helpful. .. it's a place I will call home 🏠 .. in the future..for a long time
Great place to live! They were very prompt with pest control when I moved into an unreported roach infestation which was eradicated. The people at the front office are super nice, patient, and understanding. My biggest complaint is the washing machines don’t have a good spin cycle as my clothes often come out completely soaked, and when the washer works fine the dryer doesn’t dry my clothes, just makes them hot. Over the last 2 years, I've been trying to get the Maintenance team to fix different issues in my apartment. The water that runs out of the bathtub faucet has not been fixed, it still runs brown colored and the faucet handle rings have not been put on. This was an issue that happened when the Maintenance manager Ulysses worked here. Dale told me he had the rings and he showed them to me, but he's never been back to put them on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY APPLYING!! I should have listen to the other reviews. I applied 2 weeks ago I was rushed to finish everything so I didn’t miss out of the promotion I call everyday to check in and got told for a week in a haft straight “ well lyk by today no later than tmr “ this went on for a week finally I’m in a situation we’re i needed to move asap and I didn’t want my $140 I paid to go to waste.
