Well have disabled children and some of the gust there are mean and horrible ,also my son is in a wheelchair and no ramp to get pool .My child. is atutisic and doesn't ,speak !! And uses sign language .A girl in the indoor pool was swimming and my daughter went to sign too talk to me and scrached a girl .we moved away and the girls mother yelled at us saying I should watch my sick daughter better so .the resort should be more helpful full too the disabled .I'm very upset!! I hope this never happens again . very upset
This is the ultimate family vacation spot in the White Mountains! So close to EVERYTHING and so very peaceful! I also LOVE that the pools are open until 11pm! My kids love swimming here! I hate how most hotel pools close at around 9pm. Im also very picky when it comes to cleanliness and I have stayed here quite a few times and every time it has been extremely clean! Cant wait to go back in October for foliage season!
This was our fourth time staying here. We had a very nice stay. I think a few updates could be made but I really enjoy the scenery and the old fashioned feel of the surroundings. The food was good but I remember it being phenomenal on my past visits. We had no problems with service. The rooms were very clean and properly tended to. Very relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. Our kids never get sick of the pools and arcades. We felt safe and relaxed. We will be back again!
Great place to stay . Close to ATV trails . Nice accommodations 👍❤️Good food
It definitely could use some TLC and more choices on the menu
