I’m only giving 1 Star Bc I have to give something... worst experience ever. We rented the Mtn View House for the NYE weekend and what I was told when I booked it was not what I was told when we arrived. Was told dinner buffet was included but when we arrived we were told it wasn’t and it would cost an additional $40/person .... btw, another person checking in was also told the same thing and having the same argument. Read a lot of bad reviews about this place. Needed a place to spend our anniversary. We got here early and we were able to get into our room early. The people at the counter were friggen awesome. The kitchen and bar crew. Just as awesome. The room: I’ve seen worse, I’ve seen better. But it’s ok in my book. We had a steak for dinner. It was to die for. OMFG was it good. Only negatives I have are: the $3.00 dryer fee, there was one counter lady who was nice but not as nice as the others. We have a deck that we couldn’t get out... read more

My family has been coming here for years. The views are amazing and staff very friendly. We were up with friends this past weekend and the hotel was very accommodating. The kids had a blast swimming in both indoor and outdoor pools and loved the game room. They also had Christmas activities with santa and an ice cream social. Will definitely be back next year!
