Just came back from a mini vacation with the family, had a fabulous time make wonderful memories with the family...my husband came here when he was a boy...he was disappointed... staff was very friendly but the resort real could used some TLC...ceiling tiles throughout the resort need to be replaced, indoor pool is missing some stone work around the hot tub which could be a safety issues, fan vent in the changing room was cover in black dust and had a horrible smell. Our group trip was well coordinated and organized by the club leaders and resort. Resort room big & clean, meals were plentiful and pool and jacuzzi just an added extra.
This is my first time ever coming here with my boyfriend and daughter as a mini vacation and for the ice castles! I was very upset with the restaurant it wasn't even pakced and we were there for an hour half the time waiting on our food and then later that night my boyfriend got sick of the buffalo sandwich, I was very upset with that!! The housekeeper came and cleaned our room and the toilet was still dirty from the throw up they only cleaned so much. Stayed in yia yia house Clean .. comfortable beds and plenty of room for 6 adults and more .... Always a great time at Indian Head Can't be beat ...we continue to go back year after year and thru all seasons
