RecommendedStayed here last night after skiing loon. Booked around 430, arrived around 6. Michael checked us in. He couldn’t have been more friendly, informative or generally just a happy person enjoying their job. Refreshing really! The service all around was really great. It is a cool resort, you can tell it’s a little dated but kind of charming. Reminds me of the resort in Dirty Dancing, which is a win in my book!

my over all experience since arriving at this place all within 2 days is from highs to lows.... we 1st got here it looked amazing when we pulled in check In took forever!! after that we came to the room unloaded looked around and to are dismay the hotel is in very poor condition however it is famous and pretty much an antique the price is ridiculous to stay here..anyways forget all that the problems that we ran into are more cons then pro. 1. are keys slots didnt work got stuck out in the cold maintenance had to come 3x. 2 o... read more
You have 2 staff members that absolutely insure every guest is taken care of! Huge thank you to Amanda for assisting with our last minute winter vacation stay, and Michael is phenomenal with recommendations of what to do in the area! Been coming here for generations-me, my kids and grandkids now. Best family atmosphere with enough grown-up fun! Year round hot tub is the bomb!
We really enjoy Indian Head. This is our 3rd year booking with them over MLK weekend for our anniversary. Unfortunately there’s a massive winter storm coming through the area Saturday night and all day Sunday. We’re here currently. It’s Friday afternoon. Indian Head will not work with us to reschedule our Saturday booking and we don’t have Monday off from work to stay an extra night.
