If you would have asked me 2-3 years ago how I'd rate this practice it would have been 5 stars. Dr. Barbe is great and we felt we hit the jackpot when we first started going here. He connected with my children wonderfully. However, over the past 2 years my experiences have gone down hill. The rude interactions with the phone staff, front desk staff, and disgruntled MA's has left me looking for a new pediatrician's office. I really like this pediatrician. My son really does feel safe and welcome. Doesnt get scared anymore.
We love Dr Barbe. He always spends as much time with us as we need and answers all of our questions and is very thorough. The office is very friendly and we've also liked the other doctors we've seen during sick visits. It's a bit of a drive for us, but after trying other pediatricians closer it's definitely worth the drive.
It's clean, professional, and has a fun waiting room. Takes awhile for the actual doctor to come in, but when he does I've never felt rushed. Takes awhile to get the doctor to send in the prescription
I've been bringing my daughters to see Dr. Shah for the last 15+ yrs. She is great and I have never had problems with the scheduling of routine or emergency check ups.
My kids have never been anywhere else for regular and sick visits for 10 years. I love this office so much.
