We just love this place. Since we live in Boise, we only get out every several weeks or so, and primary show for an early dinner at the bar for their great Happy Hour Sirloin Steak dinner, and some good local red blend wine. The steaks are expertly prepared over wood grill and we enjoy the variety of sides available. Our favorites are the generous house salad with blue cheese and the giant Jojo potatoes 😋 We will ALWAYS come back to this.
Ordered prime rib, which was dried out from sitting under the heat lamp. Both hamburgers the meat was over cooked and uneatable. Pork chop was the only item cooked well. It took 1 hour after being seated to get our drinks, never even brought us waters. After drinks arrived another hour to get our food! I could understand if the place was busy, but there more than 50 people in this place. Been going here for the last 5 years and every time it seems to be getting worse. This was our last time.
0 stars. We had a reservation and a party of 10, and got sat at a table many for 6, right by the very loud kitchen and they had cery loud music. We were cramped but still couldn't even hear each other or carry a conversation. The restaurant was nearly empty so seating us there made no sense. The food was also extremely overpriced. Food is VERY delicious and VERY expensive considering the bar atmosphere. Inattentive bartenders considering the bar atmosphere.
