Wish I had checked reviews first . Received dead plants and they just send you in circles. Phone goes direct to India for the run around

Scam company. Fraudulent. Will steal money from your credit card and not provide a product. BBB lists as ‘F’ for good reason.
This company is a scam. They often ship dead or poor quality plants and refuse to give refunds. Survival rate of their stock is extremely low. I have dealt with them several times before I realized the scamming that was going on. Great web site that is focused on parting you with your money.
Instead of sending my 10th email to resolve an issue with my order being short BY HALF, I tried calling both phone numbers, which, unsurprisingly are both busy at all times of the day. I paid for 50 shrubs, I received 25 shrubs, I sent 9 previous emails to rectify the situation, I've sent a video of the 25 that I did receive. Why, 6 WEEKS LATER, do I still not have the other 25 shrubs that I already paid for? I don't like leaving negative review, but you have given me no other options. WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN FIFTY YEARS ! THEY SHIP DEAD TREES. THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. I OPENED DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DO NOT LET THEM CONTINUE TO GET AWAY WITH THIS. THEY'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
8 hours agoNEW The worst I have dealt with. They sent dead plants that won't come up this spring and have refused to refund my money. So they want to send me more dead plants in the fall and will have to wait till spring to see if they come up. This is ridiculous. I have dealt with many online plant nurseries and this is my worst experience in over 20 years. I will never buy from this company and I won't recommend
Wish I could give this negative stars. Sent me plants with dry roots. Customer service doesn’t get back for over a week and then they proceed to tell me they aren’t dry even though I sent photos. No officers to resolve. Buyer beware wish I had read other reviews. Garbage company
I would give a big “0” if possible.. ordered 4 trees, received 4 dried sticks.. was told they were dormant.. well after 6 weeks of over 80 degree temperatures I guess they are still dormant.. this place is a scam and a joke.. seems like an 8 year old is answering the e-mail, or it’s just a form letter.. BBB has an F rating on this place with over 100 filed complaints, seems someone could shut them down for scamming people. Good luck if you get anywhere with these people.
