HOA FEES ARE RIDICULOUS. Board is definitely mismanaged. Safe place to live though
I first reviewed this place 2 years ago, and gave it 4 stars... but.. after visiting there very regularly for the past 3 years I took 2 stars back. The management is horrible.. and very very rude. My friend , who lives there has had nothing but problems .. and we all know what rolls downhill.. which means I've had my share of grief there.. the laundry rooms are dirty always.. ive cartied my own broom down there swveral times... at one time someone set up a basket with a few little laundry aids and a not to please take someth... read more
