Apartments are old but office staff (Kristin and Sarah) are excellent. AR building company (new landlord) is making lot of changes to community such as updates to fitness center. Cable and internet through time warner cable at bulk rate etc. If you have school going children, Reynoldsburg school district is not great anymore. Teachers went through strike last year and many experienced teachers left the district. New teachers are trying to fill the gap. Amazing!!!! I love living here. Kristen and Sarah make it wonderful!! Maintenance is on top of everything!!!!
Quiet place to live. Decent apt and nice maintenance. HOWEVER - old apartments and the NEW business owners RAISED the rate after my first year for a ridiculous price for how small my apartment was. I wanted a larger place with better rates than there were at Indian Creek. I had stated that to them and they had written on my file I moved out because of MONEY PROBLEMS....um NO. Thanks for raising a red flag for any other time I am going to want to move.
