The apartment complex is roach infested. You cannot cook without them coming out. Each time they sprayed the apartment that I was living in, it never got rid if them. You go into other apartments and the carpets are filthy. If you can afford them going up $20.00 on your rent every year, well this is the place for you. They moved a tenant in an apartment that was busted for cooking meth, never told her about it. The apartment that I was living in was not worth $600.00. No washer &dryer hook-up. These apartments are horrible. The landlord now is very rude no kind of appropriate verbal communication skills, talks to you guest nasty telling them were they "Better park or else" and is very racial. They have had numerous snakes in the neighborhood. Stray cats that try to come into your home when the door opens and sometimes can be vicious. The siding is coming off the building the plumbing is not at all in a good standard. The water is brown, and the sink and toliet does not drain properly. Cant get rid of the Roaches n... read more
