would stir completely clear of this place. Absolutely worst management team, if a team is what you call them. They are not helpful whatsoever. If you want to pay alot for rent and live in a place where you get no maintenance help then this might be the place for you. Also, while I'm here I'll let you know during summertime, the pool is maybe open twice a year. Literally was closed every day I passed it. Oh, and they never seem to answer the phone. Stay away at all costs..they are dirty and unkempt..The floors in the bathroom was bad from a preexisting leak..Tub was peeling and was supposed to be fixed before we moved in..it didn't happen..Bill Sellers is a liar and a heartless loser..Don't trust these people..run away don't walk..let these be your last option because if not you real regret it..willow Springs, and willow terrace are also apart of them..moving away from here was the best decision I've ever made..If you want to lose money I'm sure you can find a better w... read more

I've lived here for over a year now, and what I've seen is appalling. We moved here because it was suppose to be a QUIET neighborhood. We found out this is NOT the case. Neighbors are loud, the children around the park is completely loud and disrespectful, there are very racist people. We were called white trash by people of colour. Now onto management. They don't care about anyone. All they want is your money!! If your tub cracked, don't expect them to fix it, because they wont. Did your floor begin to sink in certain areas... read more

It's a very cheep place and that says it all .. beware of this place, The only time bill and the office stiff get out is to go to lumch and go home rest of time only care money collection and fineing residents for not doing lawn care..

Avoid they will be nice till you sign and then the truth comes out you have no rights. Just pay and don't say a word. And surely don't expect them to keep up the whole property.

Avoid avoid avoid....this is THE Ghetto!!! Theft and gun shooting are the norm and children are left unattended and allowed to run amok. Everything is vandalized and no one in the office cares. They are incompetent and unconcerned. These three MHParks are owned and managed by the same people
