Nice lunch buffet – It's a pleasant atmosphere and the lunch buffet is a good one offering a great selection. They offer a great variety of chutneys and the service is always friendly. There is parking across the street at Fifth Avenue Place and around the corner on Penn - both for $5.00 in the evenings (for the whole evening) after 6:00pm. The place is pretty crowded during the lunch hours but I've never seen it busy for the dinner crowd - so I'd say reservations needed for lunch but probably not necessary for dinner.
Lousy food, sloooow service – Went to this place for dinner. First off, service was slow and staff took 15 minutes before water was served. Took them another 5 minutes to get my order (Soup, Paratha and Bhindi masala) Took them around 15 minutes to bring out the soup - tasted OK Then, after an interminable wait, the Bhindi arrived and the waiter asks me - did your order Naan with that! Great Lunch Buffet – I have had lunch here several times. The lunch buffet features various chutneys, naan, samosas/pakoras, basmati rice, 3 or 4 veg curries, 2 or 3 non-veg curries and a dessert. The food here is good, though not exceptional. It is a very small place and it can get crowded with office goers during lunch time. You will be seated promptly. It's also not very expensive - about $8.50 per person for lunch buffet.
