Worst Indian I have ever had – I am now reminded to read recent reviews of restaurants, and to read more than one to gain a true picture of a restaurant. Went to India Garden at Cary Mall for Saturday lunch buffet and left disgusted. I love Indian food, but the food I tried on the buffet was bland, terribly oily, and the supposed delicious butter chicken was mealy. The raita was not more than just sour, but inedible. Great Place to Enjoy Delicate Flavors – I love eating Indian Food at your place. I enjoy all of the dishes, they are trutly special; the vegetables, the chicken, the rice and bread are just a delight. I love the aromas going on and the delicate flavors of the food. It's hard to pick a favorite dish- I like them all. I love it when they play music from India, it all adds to the great experience. I have always found polite people serving and received a great service. A place worth visiting every time!!
Terrible food and service – This was my first visit to this restaurant, there was no one there when i arrived (but it was raining so i figured i'd give them a break), this restaurant was very dated inside too. I ordered tea, raita, naan, tomato soup and the chicken korma. The soup literally tasted like a can of Campbell's soup, actually i'm about 100% sure it was! India Garden is one of my favorite restaurant. I try to come here as often as I can. They always have great food and wonderful service. Their weekend buffets have far more choices then any other Indian restaurants in Cary and their price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!
Great tasting Indian Food!!!! – I just moved into this area a few months ago and tried out different Indian restaurants in Cary. I came to know about India Garden last Saturday when I came to Cary Town Center Mall. I am so glad I found this restaurant. Their food was excellent and tasted so fresh. THE BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT IN NORTH AMERICA!! – I came to Cary for vacation from Chicago and wanted to try an Indian cusine. I tried another Indian restaurant, but I thought India Garden was more homey and alot better food. I recommened India Garden because they are very authentic and family friendly.
Awesome Indian Cuisine!!!! – i have been eating at this restaurant for some time now every time i visit Cary. the atmosphere is always very nice and the service is great. but now to the main part: the food. the buffet is really nice because it has a lot of dishes (10 or more), which is much more than most Indian restaurants. the offer a variety of veg and non-veg dishes including butter chicken (yum!!!), lamb curry, veg curry, etc. salad bar and desserts are also included. the price is very reasonable at around $8 (weekdays)... read more
Best Food ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Its been a while since I've went to a restaurant this good. The waitering is Great and the food is ever better! I recommend having the BUTTER CHICKEN its my favorite. Overall this is the best restaurant i ever went to!! Highly Recommended!!!
India Garden- not insect garden! – I have eaten here 6 or 7 times;yesterday I ate there at dinner time . While eating my veggie Samosas my dinner partner notice a "crawling filthy insect " climbing up the wall. We told our waiter and left !! Needless to say ,I won't be eating there again. And the waiter just climbed the booth behind us and removed the crawling insect- no offer of apology- until we left. I guess he thought we should have stayed.
