If I could give India 10 stars I would! Yes, she is that amazing! We are first time home owners so we had A LOT of questions and India answered all of them with kindness and walked us through the entire process. Not only is India super helpful and very responsive she also genuinely cares about you as a person and wants what is best for you and your family. She is in your corner always. People say that buying a home is hard but it felt easy with having India as our real estate agent!
India went above and beyond to help our family find the perfect home. She was incredibly patient with all of our questions and made sure we understood every step of the process along the way. We always felt like she truly cared about helping us make the right decision, not just closing a deal. India made the entire experience feel seamless.
The best experience EVER!! India carefully walked us through what we needed to do to prepare our house for the market. We thoroughly talked and agreed on our next steps and cost for the house. The soft staging was amazing! After one day of being on the market, we had 3 offers! Exciting! We agreed that we will wait until Sunday at 6pm (after our open house) to review offers.
