Since my boyfriend's car accident in 2012 Lori Schmidt has been his case manger she is unbelievably the best. She's taken so much off my plate. For anything my boyfriend may need she helps. He has tbi plus seizures she's been so kind and helpful with it all. She was even helpful with my pregnancy. We love her and everything she has done for us.
I have been a quadriplegic for 38 years and have worked with many case managers over the years Lori has went over and beyond her duties and is very prompt on addressing any issue there is, no playing phone tag or sending texts not being answered or I've even experienced outright lies to cover their own behinds. Jessica Sweeny is my case worker and she is absolutely AMAZING! Any issue that arises, she is on it asap! I was in a car accident when I was 16 in 2018 leaving me paralyzed from the waist down. I’ve had multiple issues getting my medications on time sure to the insurance company responsible for my care to approve of those medications on time.
