Big disappointment. My go to guys. It took a week to sort out the warranty on a bad repair made elsewhere. Not their fault. But I asked them to change the oil, filter and air filter if necessary. Charged me 1.5 hours labor! I don’t know. Takes jiffy lube 10min to do that. Won’t be back.
As someone new to the area, its always a bit daunting to find a new mechanic. I am happy to say that Antonio, Juan and all the staff at Independent Volvo have been incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend them to anyone.
Antonio has been servicing my Volvos for twenty years. He and his crew are the best mechanics in the business, hands-down.
