I chose Independent Tuning based on their positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change, but the visit resulted in damage to my car. There was piece of cloth from a car wash lodged near the front headlight area of my car. Instead of using appropriate tools or care, their technician attempted to remove it with a metal tool, which scratched my car’s paint. Mark and his team are highly skilled and professional. The diagnosis is on point always and the fixes are quick and reliable. I have been visiting here for more than 5 years for my Audi and they have always delivered exceptional quality in the repairs. Would highly recommend this place !
