I wish I can rate them 10 stars .😀 I was coming back from work and I had a flat tire, I was so tired, they saw me on the highway and parked near me, helped me to change to the spare tire in few minutes. Moreover, they were highly professional and super friendly. I really recommend them.

I have went to independent since I got my first car (~12 years). I store and change my tires there every season and have purchased all my tires through here. The employees and service has always been great.. which is why I have kept coming back. So.. why 2 stars? Take a look at my picture. 2 invoices for my seasonal tire change/storage that are 5 years apart. In 2020, it cost me $72.32. In 2025, it cost me $180.80. In 5 years, the price has went up $108.48. That is 150% increase in 5 years, or 30% increase each year since!!!... read more
