I called on a Thursday after my washer drained out across our hallway and kitchen onto lvp. Colton called me back within 30 minutes and came out the very next day and took readings all across the affected areas. Luckily he found no moisture difference between where the water was and where it wasn't. No show for an Appt scheduled at 2pm. Technician called after 2pm to say he would 1.5hrs late and then never showed up. Tried calling multiple times and never answered. Terrible customer service!

Colton was absolutely incredible, he was very busy when I had contacted him however he took the time to respond to all of my messages and walk me through with the process of him coming to my house would be when he was able to make it. He took time out of his day and rearranged his schedule towards the end of the week to be able to come see what was going on at my house and help my family. I had a great experience with this restoration company from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and did excellent work.
