They came out to my parent’s house the same day I called to check for water and mold issues. The team was excellent, very professional, and communicated clearly every step of the way. They explained what they found and answered all our questions, which gave us peace of mind. Highly recommended!

The day after Christmas I discovered that a pipe in the wall of my bonus had sprung a leak. Not only was there water damage on the 2nd floor of my house but the garage ceiling as well. Upon contacting Colton O’Shields with Independent Restoration Services, he was able to come over the same evening and access the damage to determine the best way to dry the areas affected and to avoid any possibility of mold growth. Colton and the team and Independent Restoration Services have been an absolute joy to work with. Our house had a water coming up through the basement flooring after an HVAC issue. Colton and his team were easy to communicate with, prompt, arrived on time every time and did a stellar job remediating our issues. A lot of attention to detail and pride in the work and it shows.
