I was very new to this experience. While Robyn was there it was a great help, during covid, even with benefits, wasn't able to keep up with the financial end. After Robyn was gone, the machine paid out, no one has helped me monitor this thing. I'm told..look up, sign up .All tech savvy nonsense. I will call again, one more time for help! Just want you to buy then you're forgotten. My appt with Dr.Varma coming up and I will be certain to explain.

Arrived for my first appointment and no one there, and the doors were locked. Second appointment booked and test return to clinic 34 days ago. I have since tried to call the Kamloops branch several times and calls never answered. Have left several messages with admins, who are great, but I have never receive a call back, despite several promises that someone would call. I was told that my results would be in within 2 weeks. Very nice people. They sold me a replacement power adapter for my CPAP machine on the same day I called. Pricing for new CPAP units is expensive (like all CPAP places in Kamloops). If you have insurance, or you just need lower cost maintenance supplies, I'd say they are a nice bunch to go to and will buy from them again. If you don't have insurance and need a new unit you can either buy from them (their in town pricing is comparable to other places), or go to Vancouver or order online/from the USA.

I have been with the Independent Respiratory Services since 2011 and have had been greeted with respect and kindness and they are very knowledgeable of what they do. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for all your support.

I've been going to IRS Kamloops for 3 years now and have always had the most professional, friendliest service from both therapists as well as Anita (receptionist). I would recommend this office to anyone!
