My experience with this realty was very unprofessional and they did not represent me well. I purchased my first home about a month ago and my realtor Denisse Rodriguez gave me the Agent/Buyer Consent from 1 week before settlement; which in fact that should’ve been given to me when we began the process being that it stated that independent realty was a “dual agency” (meaning they represent both parties the buyer and the seller). The Independent Realty team is amazing! I was a first time buyer and Madlin, Gael, and Paula were great! Madlin was always available to answer my many questions and she is extremely knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the industry. Gael and Paula were also very encouraging and helpful and their advice as we toured different properties was extremely helpful. From day 1 until the day I closed, I knew Independent Realty was on my side. I highly recommend Madlin Mahdawi and her team of professionals!
