Don is very knowledgeable and looks for the small things that can help keep the rats out of my house (like stapling hardware cloth around the propane (spigot ? ) on the outside of my house.

Jen was great. She showed up when she said she would - calling me with a half hour heads up, and she explained all of what she was doing even though she had a full schedule.
