It's not the kind of thing one loves to think or talk about but IPC is extremely professional and the owner does the work. They use completely pet and people organic stuff and are in and out quickly. I have property and once I called on a weekend re wasps and we was out the same day to treat it.
For years, I had to set a few mouse traps in the fall and usually caught 2 or 3 each year. This year after I caught the first one, I called IPC. They came out quickly and inspected in my garage, in the house, and around outside. They sprayed their special foam into a few cracks and crevices and then assured me that if I saw another mouse, they would come back and check again. I have been using IPC for a few years and have been very happy with them. Mike treats quarterly but whenever I have an issue in between his visits, he comes out immediately...I would 100% recommend them
