Purchased new 2 bikes and a quad in the past 30 days and used the service department for repairs on a used bike. Our total experience was excellent from the no pressure browsing to the purchase and paperwork completion. Service department did an excellent job and on quote bike runs the best since we have owned it. Even with cold weather we rented indoor track for a birthday party on route 62 in Utica Ohio all equipment performed flawless and everyone from children to adults rode and had a great time. This was the first Harley Davidson I’ve ever owned when I got to the dealership I was treated like I was buying a new bike even though I baught a 2005 elects glide ultra classic love the bike it rides and handles like a new bike thank you Pam you was wonderful from start to finish thank the whole staff you all was great

They removed my comment about how they choose to support Tecumseh Trails which is a business who has publicly harassed a family of a man who drowned and has a convicted animal abuser working for them. I refuse to do business with anyone who supports Tecumseh Trails.
I had a great experience working with Pam on my purchase. We had texted, emailed each other regarding the bike I purchased. I then called her to set up a time to meet to look the bike over. I had a great experience working with her. I also got the opportunity to meet the owner Ray. Great guy as well. I drove over 2 hours to get my bike and I will do it again when the time comes.
