Had a great experience at Independent Motorsports. Staff was very kind and mindful of what I was looking for in a bike. I ran Into a few snags but the store was kept open beyond normal hours so that I could gather all required paperwork. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a bike.
I have bought 2 different bikes from Independent, and have been very happy with both purchases. Pam was great to work with both times. At no time did she try to push me or influence me toward a certain brand, model, or size of bike. Will not hesitate to buy from them again.

Great customer service from their parts and service department! One of our foot pegs came loose on our ride (we were an hour or better from home). We stripped in to see if they would loan us a socket set! They didn’t just loan us a socket set the tightened our foot peg and checked all the others! Great customer service. :) thanks for your help!
Waste of time. Tried requesting a service appointment via website - doesn’t work - never heard from them. Called them a week later to schedule an appointment where I talked to one guy (new guy) who passed me to another guy who said he’d called me back to make the appointment “after getting a price from the service manager” who was out of the office. Never heard back and I won’t try again.
Very unprofessional conversation with Ryan where he deemed my bike a “pos” after randomly messaging me out of the blue to brag about how he bought a new bike at a lower price. There was no need for him to go out of his way to shame me and my girlfriend for a bike that since we brought up to them has been fixed and still has no need to message me about. After stating all this he then blocks me and my girlfriend from Facebook. Needless to say I will not bring my bike in for any service or even buy a bike from this place.
**UPDATE** After posting this review, and sending a private message to the company, I received a phone call from the finance manager. She was very understanding and said that she would pass this info on to the owner of the business. She kept her word, and within 15 minutes, the owner, Ray, called me. He was also very apologetic and understanding of the situation. He offered up a loaner bike for me to use until my bike could be back in my possession. A gentleman named M...Continue Reading
I'm a new Rider, and had few things that I wanted done to my bike. From the first day of talking to service department about what I wanted done, to finish, I couldn't say enough about how professional and and how knowledgeable the staff were.
